No, all payments are non-refundable. The event ticket is non-refundable. Because we are so close to the event date, the resort is not permitting any refunds.
Yes, you need a passport. We recommend that your passport have an expiration date 6 months from the event date.
If you do not have a passport, we recommend that you expedite your passport. The process has been severely delayed due to COVID-19.
The resort is currently requiring a negative COVID test within 72 hours of arrival at the resort. (Please note that the requirements may change as we get closer to the event date.
Yes, the U.S. requires you to take a COVID test within 72 hours of your departure flight. The resort provides COVID testing on site. We will continue to update you on these requirements if anything changes.
Yes. In order to attend the event, you must book your room directly through us on this website. You cannot attend and stay at another resort.
